The Administrative Committee of Shangyu Economic Development zone is the representative office of Shangyu municipal government to manage the Economic Development Zone.Its main task is to take a united plan,development and construction ,management and harmonious for the economic development zone on the behalf of shangyu municipal government .Its main responsibilities：
1. Carry out policies , Strategic direction,law and rules about construction of Shangyu Economic Development zone made by country and province’s government.
2. according to the plan of the city and Industrial restructuring,The Administrative Committee of Shangyu Economic Development Zone make a comprehensive and detailed planning,and carry it out.
3. Guide the investment promotion ,economic and technology cooperation with foreign country of economic development zone.Attract the famous enterprises,finacial group,and multinational company to have a investment and development construction in Shangyu Economic Development Zone.
4. Have a cooperation with bureau of Land and Resources, deal with the business just like land expropriation,assightment and transfer the right to the use of the land.
5. Be responsible for the examining and approving business of enterprises and projects that enter into the Economic Development Zone.
6. Responsible for the construction of basic infrastructure, make the landscaping and enviroment protection.
7. Establish and perfect kinds of services system in our Economic Development Zone.
8. Coordinative the community management work.
